Chinese Auto Parts RFQ Checklist for UAE and Saudi Buyers

Prepare a clear parts request for delivery to the UAE, Saudi Arabia or your forwarding warehouse in China.

How UAE and Saudi importers can request Chinese vehicle spare parts with OE/VIN checks, destination details and clear packing and freight terms.

Start with the exact part, not only the vehicle model

List each part, quantity, OE/OEM reference, vehicle model, year, engine and VIN. For gearbox components, include the gearbox code, nameplate and a parts diagram or item photo where available. A complete assembly number may not identify every internal component.

Specify UAE, Saudi Arabia or a warehouse in China

For a UAE destination, give the city and requested port, such as Dubai / Jebel Ali if that is your chosen route. For Saudi Arabia, give the city and port you want quoted, such as Jeddah or Dammam. These are buyer route options, not promises of current shipping service. For Guangzhou delivery, provide the local address and warehouse contact.

Make the freight basis explicit

FOB requires an agreed China port. A requested CIF quote needs the destination port. Domestic delivery in China and international freight must be priced and confirmed separately; neither is automatically included in a product price.

Check packing, documents and PI before paying

Ask for current item and nameplate photos, available quantity, packing method and the documents required by your importer or broker. Weight and dimensions must be checked for the actual shipment. Confirm fitment, price, freight, payment, lead time and warranty in writing; local import and compliance requirements require separate verification.

Order boundary: Fitment, final quantity, price, freight, lead time and warranty terms are confirmed in writing before order.

Frequently asked questions

Does a catalog page mean the part is ready to ship?

No. Current quantity, specification, packing and dispatch timing must be checked for your requested order.
