How to Order Chinese Vehicle Parts

  1. Send your part information. Part name, OE/OEM number, vehicle model, year, engine, transmission code if relevant, VIN if available, quantity, destination port and preferred trade term.
  2. Part and fitment check. We cross-reference your information with supplier data and confirm whether the exact part can be quoted. For gearbox items, nameplate photos are especially useful.
  3. Quotation after confirmation. We quote after the part is clear. Price, packing, lead time, port and shipment method depend on the confirmed item and order quantity.
  4. Proforma Invoice & payment. PI records the confirmed seller, buyer, product, quantity, packing, trade term, payment term, warranty and shipment wording.
  5. Photos, packing, shipment. You can request actual product photos, label photos, carton/wooden-case photos and loading evidence before dispatch.
  6. Documents. Commercial Invoice, Packing List and transport documents are prepared according to the confirmed PI and shipment route.
Why we ask for OE/VIN/photos first: Chinese vehicle models often have several part variants under the same model name. OE/OEM number, VIN, nameplate and clear part photos reduce wrong-fitment risk before quotation.
